My Story
A local on and around the Paradise Ridge since 1987. While having three children, attended Butte College and Chico State for a Bachelors in Child Development. Then while serving Butte County 7 1/2 years as a Social Worker went on to a Masters and Ca State Licensing as a Marriage, Child, Family Therapist. My internship was done with Paradise Unified School District and a couple local foster family agencies. Also during this a transition became a Supervisor for a Far Northern Regional Center contract for high risk behavior youth. Then to Sierra nonpublic school counseling high risk youth while running private practices in Paradise and Chico. After the Camp Fire a move to the Program Manager for the Esplanade House until counseling back in Paradise.
I am an overcomer, recovering from the Camp Fire, addictions, divorce, cancer & onto remarriage. Been there done that! I am a Christian, though any faith or none are welcome. I do online counseling, in person, or by phone. I challenge you to come to get treatment for yourself and/or loved ones. You and your family deserve the best! I can help you get there!

My Mission
The mission of this agency is to provide therapy (counseling or psychotherapy) to the survivors and those affected by Trauma, Addictions & their loved ones- Individuals, Families and Couples,
to receive help by a state licensed professional mental health clinician.
After the Camp Fire, most of the local clinicians of Paradise moved, retired, got cancer or died.
The vision is to restore professional therapy to the healing of this Paradise ridge for residents,
Camp Fire survivors and those affected near and far- in person and online.
Alcoholism, drug addiction and divorce rose to all time levels after the fire.
It's time to heal and move on.
