The Counseling Specialties for conditions we can help with relate to how we get along with our self or others. These include Adjustment Disorders, Anxiety, Stress Management,  Communication, Caretaking (including SAHM Stay at home moms) and Codependency, Depression, Grief and Loss, Life Changes, Trauma including abuse, Substance Abuse,  Alcoholism and Addiction.

Integrative and Functional Psychotherapy is a whole-person, trauma-informed approach that blends traditional psychotherapy with mind–body, spiritual and lifestyle awareness. As a California LMFT, I help clients explore emotional, relational, and behavioral patterns and how factors like stress, sleep, habits, and environment may influence wellbeing. This approach does not diagnose or treat medical conditions, prescribe supplements or medications, or replace medical care

Change

Adjustment disorders can leave you feeling anxious, sad, hopeless, and irritable.  Anxiety feels like a lot of worry, dread, or fear. Social anxiety can cause you to worry about being watched by others which leads to avoiding social situations. Each can leave you feeling nervous, self-conscious, and embarrassed, even in safe situations. Therapy can help you understand your emotions, process change, and develop coping tools so you can start living a more fulfilled life.

Both leave you feeling alone. Therapy can be helpful in treating grief or depression by providing support, understanding, and coping strategies.
